We used Mad About Cleaning - Local Carpet Cleaner & Couch Cleaning Melbourne when our dogs got hit by a skunk and rolled/rubbed around on certain areas of our carpets. We tried a number of different things to try to remove the smell from our carpets but couldn't get the smell out. We researched a number of places and decided on Mad About Cleaning - Local Carpet Cleaner & Couch Cleaning Melbourne. They said they have a product to handle skunk smells. They came out quickly and did a fantastic job. The skunk smell is gone and carpets looked great too! We would highly recommend them!!!

My Indian wool rug was in pretty bad shape, way over due for a cleaning, suffering from an attack of carpet beetles and the consequent bug spray. They restored my rug to life, including fixing some of the worst beetle damage They also accommodated my renovation schedule. Thanks a lot for good work!!!

Please avoid using this service. They not only did a terrible job cleaning my home and lied about doing a steam clean of the carpets, they also damaged the walls with whatever they used to clean my home. I found bunched up dirty paper towel outside of my garage which I assume was the only thing used to clean the place. This makes sense given there was dirt and stains everywhere. I had to pay to get the walls repainted and carpets cleaned. I had to re-clean the place myself before I left. I then lodged a complaint which they ignored. I lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria but the company
