Used this services in April to steam clean couch to remove pet urine smell I expected the products they used to remove the smell. He advised that the products he used would get rid of the smell however it did not. Contact him to come back to re-do after following him up several times, he rocked up in August and refused to re-do the couch, with the excuse that no chemicals will get rid of the smell. Very un-professional and walked away without even rectifying the problem. Don't waste your money BE AWARE!!! he will just rip you off.
