Updating my review as I was asked for more feedback which was already provided to the manager.
The first time using Elm my marble table was ruined as a citrus based cleaner was used on it and it took the polish off. They also forgot to clean my powder room, microwave and sink plugs were still dirty. They did send out another cleaner to fix the work that wasn't done which meant more time out of my work day that I needed to be home. Unfortunately the table was unable to be fixed with product so Elm reimbursed me for it to be repaired. For the amount of money you pay I expected a high level of service

We have been using Elm since January of this year. Started off promising, however was informed that unfortunately as staff are unwell, there is no back up cleaner provided for our scheduled clean. As a business owner, I accept that staff illness is an unexpected issue and I appreciate this. However, any reputable business would have back up solutions to tackle this. When asked when the next cleaning service would be available, I was informed we would have to wait to the next clean. Apparently Elm do not have any back up cleaners to assist. I was surprised to find that they have no one who can assist

I began using Elm cleaning about six months ago. The women who clean are skilful, fast, super nice and so, so thorough. My house has never been as clean or smelled so nice. They use organic cleaning products and bring all their own equipment to the house. I have had to suspend their brilliant service because of the virus and I miss them, not just the cleaning but their presence as well. As soon as I can I will be getting them back. Highly recommended.

The price was reasonable and the job that was completed was excellent

They are extremely reliable and always accommodating when and if my clean day falls on a public holiday. Have been using Elm for the last two years after a terrible experience with a competitor. Elm are professional, friendly, attentive and we have never had any sort of problem with their service. Cleaning is of a consistently high standard and they have been more than happy to incorporate special requests. Very highly recommended.

We had Elm in today for a major clean after 9 months [and not enough regular cleaning] in our home, and we couldn't be happier. The ladies were wonderful and did a fabulous job - it feels like a new home again.
Also, the communication and response leading up to the clean in terms coming for a quote, follow-up and scheduling the clean is great.
We'll be heading back to Elm again in the future.
