Would not recommend this company. I replaced an old system with United Solar. When the installers came, they used a lot of the old parts from the previous system which lead to the inverter tripping after only a year. Contacted them and organised for someone to have a look at the system, I had 2 no shows on different days then finally got someone around. This lead to my solar panels not working for months and increased power bills. I had to contact them each time to organise another day, and again afterwards for them to rectify the issue but have not been contacted again in months. All of the old

The installation process was very quick and easy. There was fantastic communication between United Solar Energy and myself and on the day of installation of the solar panels and equipment it only took a few hours and the installer was wonderful in explaining the system to my wife. We have had no problems with the panels and it’s great to watch the energy they generate on the Emberpulse app. Very happy customers!

I would like to start with, you guys at United Solar Energy are a great team of people. After countless discussions and multiple systems on offer (choices), we ended up getting 2 systems installed.
One at our rental and one at our owner occupier property. It’s nearly been 12 months and both systems have been performing perfectly.
Very knowledgeable and super helpful with questions we had before signing up. They also followed up throughout the entire process and felt no pressure.

United Solar had installed solar on my roof in 2016. At the time they were very professional and very informative. They explained things well, they listened to me and understood my needs. They explained what they can and can't do or basically what is possible for my roof. They then kept in touch and checked on my system and also offered me other services that complimented my solar system. I recommend them 100%

Great professional experience from start to finish. High quality installation and has been running faultlessly for over 18 months, all the way saving us big money on our power bills.

From the initial meeting with John, to the day of installation, United Solar has been professional, cost effective, and helpful.
Everything was explained to us in terms we could understand, and we were shown examples of other actual customers who had experienced cheaper bills. All of our bills since installation have been in credit and the emberpulse monitor is very fun to see how much power is being generated by our solar panels.
I would definitely recommend United Solar to others. In fact, I have. Very happy with service and product.
