Unethical company to deal with. Their quote total price isn't actually the total price. They don't tell you there's an additional $1400 government loan on top of the total that is to be repaid. I had given the go ahead and paid deposit over the phone, my credit card was debited for an additional $200. I have since cancelled as I am not dealing with… an unethical company. Who knows what they are installing on people's roofs. I am still trying to get my deposit back a month later. I will be reporting this to consumer affairs as well as the Clean Energy Council as they are an approved Solar

Metro came recommended from my brother, who only ever deals with people who will talk to him straight and give him good quality service, so I had high expectations going in.
Jordan L (Sales Manager), exceeded those expectations. He was professional and knew his stuff, he made the process as simple as possible during what was for us, extremely busy and stressful time.
I can't recommend Jordan highly enough, people like him make companies like Metro Solar great.
Slight downside was the installation, there was a bit of a lack of communication from the installers after the initial install, they

Best service ever!!! Got introduced to them through LG recall program. Professional technical team. Was dealing with Anthony. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Helped me several times so far although he did not install the original system. Planning of upgrading my system in a close future and will definitely be using metro solar. Highly recommended!!!!

- Jordan the sales guy genuinely listened to me and worked out a plan for my slightly challenging requirements. A lot of other places just seemed to want to "off the shelf" everything and didn't care. Jordan was very different all the way through until I was 100% happy with end result.
- Belinda & support team. Being patient with my newbie questions and getting me up and running

Spent some time researching Solar installations, reached out to Metro and was impressed by the friendly and informative responses by both Jordan and Chun. They drove out to our place to go through the installation before we had even made the decision just to ensure we were comfortable with the process. The installation was quick and couldn't fault the team. Would certainly recommend Metro for Solar. :)

We found Adam at Metro Solar really helpful in planning our solar installation. Other companies had told us it was not possible with our roof configuration but we now have solar and much to our delight they are working brilliantly to power our day time electricity usage.
The only negative was the time taken from planning and agreement to actual installation but once the guys came they were efficient and got everything sorted quickly. They explained everything to us and made the process smooth.
Overall we recommend Metro for your solar installation. We are really happy with their work.

Finding a truly professional solar installer is not an easy task. After interviews and quotes from a range of providers, I choose Metro Solar. I'm very pleased with the job (29 panels in total, 19 in photo). I am also more than pleased with follow up responses to every query no matter how minor the query may have been.

I got the solar installed back in August 2018. Was happy with the service provided by Jordan. He is helpful with answering my questions.
After installation, when raining I can hear water dripping. Later I got my friends to check for me and he told me there was a crack on the tiles roof from the solar bracket. I called the support and they told me to go into the cavity and the top of the roof to get a picture for them. I think the are expecting too much from someone not familiar to go up the roof to take a picture for them. Anyway thanks goodness I managed to got a friend to take pictures from

I have installed Solar in Jan 2019 it’s May 2019 now At the first impression was good customer service. Installation went smoothly but they haven’t connected my Enphase software correctly I have sent several email after one month installer came and did something in metre box But issue is the same I have sent them several email My impression was they do not really care after the installation. I can see still there is problems with my Enphase software I will not recommend the METRO SOLAR TO ANY ONE DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,

Had our solar panels installed in 2014. One of our inverters is not working, have rang metro solar 4 times now. 1st 3 calls was told waiting for enphase to check it out, 4th call today - told to put it in an email to the support team! Which I did today, so don’t bother to deny it. How long does it take to check that the inverter is not working and… it needs to be replaced considering it’s all computerised! After all I was made aware of it from the monthly statement I received every month! Why I should then have to report it back to metro solar to get it fixed is beyond me!!!

Currently giving an 80year old friend of the family the run around with a warranty on her inverter. This unit failed in the warranty period but due to inaction is now outside warranty and they don't want to know her, claiming that they don't have to do anything about it, Very Poor customer service BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! Steer clear
