1) Work done is to a very high standard.
2) The team arrived on time and needed very little assistance or supervision.
3) The also went the extra mile and cleaned the roof of any loose moss and debris.
4) They also cleaned the guttering, the last two items they were not required to but done without any extra money or prompting very good.
5) Great customer service who are easily accessible

A terrific service. No hassle, excellent communication, on time and thoroughly professional. They have the gear and know how to use it. The before and after snaps revealed how grubby our panels had become. The ash from the fire particularly persistent.
Panels now sparkling and able to do do their job again.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I rarely give anyone 5!! Also because I cant physically get on the roof to inspect the panels myself. Everything about the booking, communication and service on the day was excellent.

I had 22 panels that were filthy from the bush fires and decided to invest in my investment. The before and after photos were incredible. I was very impressed with the service we received right from the outset . These guys were very easy to find and once contacted they were very quick to get the job done. They turned up when they said they would and when they arrived they were very approachable. My mind was also set at ease when I saw the safety gear they had in tow to complete the job. The job was done in a timely manner and over all I’d have to say they provide an exemplary service all round , thank you.
