Booked to repair air con, given time early morning before work. One hour late, no phone call, making me late for work, but at least air con fixed. Gas leak. Except broke again 6 weeks later. Gas leak in separate spot. Next visit waited a month, one hour late again (making me late for work again) and charged me a $200 callout fee to come tell me it wasn't worth repairing, which they should have told me 6 weeks before. Poor service, not punctual. I will be purchasing my replacement elsewhere.
