Black Ice Heating and Cooling has been operating for 7 years and with all our knowledge we have over 28 years experience within the company tackling all the big jobs and small jobs in between. We pride ourselves on our punctuality and customer experience. We live on the Mornington peninsula and travel from Brighton to Portsea.
Our range of heating is in the form of gas ducted heating, split system heating, hydronic heating and wall panel heaters. All these forms of heating have pros and cons. All have different price tags and effectiveness. Our job is to actually determine what is possible for your situation and what suits your budget.

Highly recommend Gavin and his team. We "stumbled" across Black Ice Heating and Cooling as no one else could assist us at this time of year, how lucky we were. Our Gas heating started playing up at the busiest time of year and Gavin was able to check the system and subsequently replace it before Christmas. Gavin and his team are personable, polite and are some of the most considerate tradespeople I have ever encountered. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. They were great at working out a time that suited us, which was a little challenging for us for installation. They even turned up a bit early which is rare as in my vast experience in dealing with various tradespeople some can expect you to wait around even if they are very late! Thanks so much for the service and the experience!

Our experience with this company was dreadful receiving 1 only as there is no lower rating. Gavin frequently forgot or missed appointments, and appeared either disorganised or preoccupied and we can only blame ourselves for giving him the benefit of doubt and further opportunity.The day prior our eventual central heating installation date I called him to determine if he would be turning up to which he confirmed so we spent the day preparing the house. Unfortunately Gavin appears to have an aversion to telephoning so when he didn’t show the next morning we then found an email sent late the evening

Gavin and his team were a delight from the start. Gavin was prompt to quote, and the price was very reasonable. He saved me money where he could without compromising on quality or safety. On the day, the team were prompt, efficient, very polite, and even vacuumed afterwards. I cannot recommend Gavin and his team more highly. I had 2 reverse cycle air conditioning units installed by Gavin & his team. The service was exceptional. The guys were friendly and polite. They also vacuumed and cleaned up the rooms where the units were installed
