Good products, Ok service but Don't bother if you want your couch this year.
14 - 16 weeks wait on a couch set with another 5 weeks delay at the end. Little comunication once I paid the deposit and only a vauge promise and weak apologies in terms of a delivery time frame.
Will I get my couches? Probaly. When? NFI!

Springvale's Customer Service: After ordering a custom made lounge suite i followed up after the expected time frame had passed to see how things were progressing. Our sales rep from Springvale store [who is also mentioned in other reviews here] could not find our order on their system. I then had to email a copy of the tax invoice she wrote out in order for her to find us on their system [not a good start] Then was told you'll get a call next week to arrange delivery.
A week passes and no calls. I have to keep following up.
Then she eventually leaves a voice message saying delivery is booked

My husband and I set out to find a new lounge suit today (21st June). We went to the springvale homemaker centre. The first store we noticed was Berkowitz. I didn't really know what to expect as I had not really heard of them before. We were greeted by Joe who helped us. He was so knowledgeable and obviously knew what he was selling. We looked around but nothing else compared or suited us in the other stores. In the end we ordered a lounge suit through Joe. Super helpful with ordering, choosing colours etc. Not pushy at all. Highly recommend visiting and ordering through Joe.

I bought my corner lounge at Berkowitz in Moorabbin as I’d read so many bad reviews about other near by stores. The staff were amazing and so patient and helpful. My couch has since arrived and I absolutely LOVE it. The material is so beautiful and it is so well made. A very very happy customer. Even the delivery guys were so kind and helpful! Very happy. O M G I had the best customer experience at the springvale store .The staff were so attentive and helpful without being pushy. But the most impressive thing was the great after sale service ,as they went out of their way to help me when due to an accident my purches would no longer work for me . Thankyou for your great kindness It's lovely to meet a manager with a heart a staff with passion and a rand with integrity.

I have visited the Springvale store looking for a new custom made lounge suite. I was very impressed by the service I recieved from the staff member (Yianna Polis). She spent a lot of time with us going through the process of sale amd how it is going to be ordered because I had an idea what I wanted.
After we ordered the suite, it is custom made for us, we received it on time and it looks amazing, exactly what I had in mind, same colour, perfectly made, high quality and custom made for us.
I would highly recommend buying from Berkowitz Springvale and speak to Yianna and you wont be disappointed

I decided that in my search for a new lounge chair, I'd head in to the Springvale Homemaker Centre dressed in a Five Finger Death Punch shirt. They're a metal band with imagery that you would imagine suits their name. Many stores didn't even acknowledge me, others gave me a nod as I walked by the unoccupied sales team, however this store was something else.
As I sat on and started enjoying the StressLess range I was greeted by Tania. She was lovely and actually treated me with decency, unlike the 3 others I had entered in the previous few hours. She showed interest and asked about what I was after
