It's been 12 MONTHS since paying cash for an Portsea outdoor setting including dining table and chairs. I'm still waiting for the table i bought. Numerous phone calls later i was given a loan table. It's been over a year but I'm still waiting for the table i purchased. Think I've been patient enough.

Very disappointing overall experience. Faulty products that aren’t backed by the seller. Terrible response time (30+ days to come and assess/collect). Owners are abrasive, rude and threatening - Generally completely unprofessional. My Wife and I have had nothing but issues with these People trying to get what we are entitled to (even after Consumer Affairs made them aware of their obligations after supplying defective/dangerous goods). But, It seems they are no longer concerned about word of mouth reputation - which is clearly reflected in online reviews. Buy directly from the manufacturer -
