A few months ago we decided to update our dining room cabinets. It turned out to be a really poorly timed decision as we went into one of our Lockdowns. We couldn't go and physically shop to try and match the new furniture to our existing dining setting.
The problem however was solved by the great Customer Support offered by Living Elements. Laura provided us with so much help and time. She asked for photos of our furniture and suggested options that would match.
We finally purchased two Manhattan Tasmanian Blackwood Buffets as per Laura's suggestion, and they look fantastic. I have never purchased

Thanks to Carolyn for helping us to find our dream TV unit (2.2m, marri timber) and buffet (1.8m, marri timber). My husband and I really love the natural pattern of the Marri timber. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Living Elements. When I visited the showroom Carolyn was exceptionally helpful with her suggestions and there was a great selection of furniture on show. I am very happy with the buffet and Malmo chairs I purchased and the chairs were much better priced than at other places. I had two separate deliveries both of which arrived very punctually and with very efficient service. I highly recommend Living Elements.

The Service we received from Carolyn was exceptional. When we ordered our Island Kitchen Bench, the manufacturers were in lockdown in Melbourne, and the wait time was pushed out as a result. We were going to cancel it and look for something sooner.
However, Carolyn suggested the wait will be worth it, as the quality and price would be hard to replace, and to call her the following day, should we wish to proceed to cancel. Well, she was right. We called back, left it on order, waited for the unit; she kept us in the loop along the way, it arrived when she said it would, and it is fantastic.

We recently bought the beautiful messmate extension dining table and chairs from Living Elements and it was such a great experience and so easy! Carolyn was so helpful and great to deal with. The table and chairs arrived right on time, smack bang in the stated delivery time, even in these crazy times.
We had minor issues that was dealt with very quickly and efficiently.

I am delighted with my new South Wharf Tasmanian Oak Lowline TV Unit. The price was great for the quality of the unit and it looks amazing.
