Hiss Tahtali made a call at my apartment on the 10th March to inspect my AC unit which had stopped functioning. He inspected the unit and told me that the compressor had failed and that the system had lost all its gas - the now obsolete gas. He indicated that the I should consider scrapping the unit as it utilized old technology. Unfortunately that also meant tearing down some of the ceilings in the apartment as certain equipment there had also to be replaced if we did a new installation. After some discussion, we agreed that he would provide two quotations the following week: one for repair and
