We offer three types of house cleaning services- Spring Clean, Lifestyle Clean, and an Hourly clean. An hourly clean is a set number of hours chosen by the customer, in which the cleaner does all they can in that time frame or works off a checklist given by the customer until the time is up. If you only want certain areas done in your home, this may be the best option for you.

Excellent house cleaning service. Very easy to book and make changes online, great website. Cleaner was very good, even asking me about all the little things/specifics I wanted from the clean plus the owner called me to follow up as check everything went well. Ive used a few different cleaning services in Brisbane. This one is slightly more expensive but 100% worth it. You get what you pay for.

Don't fall into this trap! Company trash that does not respect customer complaints! My partner booked the service and the cleanner did not clean as expected and also cracked the bathroom sink. We complained to the company manager and the response was not satisfactory.

Critical: Professionalism
Rolando was to turn up between 9am and 10am, yet turned up exactly at 10am. Started cleaning yet five minutes into the clean he said he could not continue. So he left, tried contacting Jan but of course being a Saturday no answer. Eventually got another company to do the clean!!

Booking with Maid Easy was so easy. We visited the area before the pandemic outbreak and didn't know that we were responsible for cleaning our rental. Instead of cleaning it ourselves, we found Maid Easy and booked an appointment in literally 90 seconds. We had to leave before the team ever arrived so I was a little nervous that things would go well. When we got back to the US, I checked in with the owner and they said the unit looked great. PHEW, huge relief. Thanks Maid Easy!

Overall we were unimpressed with our deep "spring clean". We had advised when booking that our house was quite large and very dirty and the one person that had been assigned to us would have trouble to manage in the allotted time. While some areas of our house are now very clean, unsurprisingly some areas are only partially clean with other areas completely ignored.
After emailing Maid Easy with our concerns of an unfinished house their reply was the cleaner "underestimated the time it would take for the rest of the house" and therefore didn't finish. This may have held a lot more weight if we

I was impressed from the minute go. In a few hours after I rang I had a cleaner allocated for the following week. On the day 2 hrs before I had an automated phone call reminder. What a lovely touch. Also I love the debeting from my credit card so I do not have to worry about the cash on the day and the automated reciept sending. I never had such sparkly clean shower doors or mirrors I used other cleaning services over 30 years before. But this was eceptional.
Ok you pay a bit more money but it's worth it every penny. Thank you all at Maid Easy House Clean.
