This company is not located in Kilsyth, this is the only reason that I booked them, thinking that the truck works from the local area. The trucks are located in Thomastown, hence you have to pay the extra hour for transport to go back to base..dodgy as... the removalists themselves were ok...asides from arriving more than 2hours later due to a previous job that had been under quoted by the manager. I had to contact the office which took an effort and lots of phone calls on my behalf to find out where they were...will never use these guys again...lesson learnt.

Please save your money and go somewhere else, after the truck driver dint bother to pick my calls 5 times the 6th time he picked up and told me he had no clue if he had another job, the company's other phone numbers went ringing as well.
Finally for a booking for 9 am, the 'company guy' called at 10.30 and told me that the truck was late and I should just 'deal with it'
I had in the meanwhile moved all my things outside, so that the movers would not have to take too much time, when they finally arrive at 11.
After finishing the job in 2 hours where I helped with loading and uploading , the driver

Lucky and Abdu made our move seamless. They were planning with us up front to make sure we didn’t take longer than needed. We had to get our stuff up 4 flights of stairs and it was a good workout but all done with smiles and in good spirit.
This is my second move with Melbourne Cheap Removals and with Lucky helping us.

We booked a piano removal. Drivers didn’t turn up on delivery day and no one contacted us. After many phone calls the office told me to ring the drivers. They didn’t answer. The next day the office calls and say they will deliver. The drivers turned up to the pick up point, and rather than asking where the 2 stairs were that I’d told them about round the side, they saw the many front stairs and left. They are not answering phone and did not do their job. What a joke of a company! I’m really not sure how a company that operates like this survives. I certainly would NEVER
