Absolute terrible service. They cancelled last minute for no reason at all other than I missed a phone call after they called several times that they were coming between 10 and 2. They had address and everything I dont understand why you don't just show up and do the organised job but instead they wanted to confirm like 4 times!! You can't just reschedule moving days as if they aren't important days.

Sunny and his team did a great job moving our entire house from ringwood to Elwood. From my initial conversation with sunny to the day we move he was contactable and answered all my questions and concerns. The boys worked tirelessly all day to finish a 4br move, no request was too much. We had a bad staircase over 3 levels and some difficult angles and they did a fantastic job to move large bulky objects across 3 levels. Would highly recommend using his services if you want a fast, efficient and reliable service.

Sunny was amazing. We had a booking cancelled with another company the day before moving, and Sunny came to the rescue. Despite having a very busy day booked already! He came when he said he would and was a great communicator throughout the move. With a great sense of humour, he made a stressful situation quite fun! He also provided great tips to make the move easier, and his half hourly rate is much more economical than other services that charge hourly. Thank you Sunny for making our day happen, we will definitely be calling you next time!

I had a great experience with their team, they were very professional and accommodating. Pricing is very competitive, Earlier I thought they team might work slow to make more money! BUT THE TEAM WORKED VERY FAST! THEY DID NOT SLOW DOWN PURPUSFULLY!
Pickup from 3 locations and drop at the 4th was done well in 2 hours! I would use their service again and would definitely recommend!

Booking the service was easy and straightforward as the team were very experianced and knew what we were after. Sunny was responsive and communicative throughout the move, ensuring everything was moved as efficiently as possible and wrapping our furniture that was considered fragile. While the move took longer than we anticipated (as we are living in an apartment and had to share the lift with other tenants), Sunny was very flexible and patient with us despite the unfortunate circumstances.
