Please DON'T use these guys, they don't deserve to call themselves removalist or a storage company. They'll 'remove" your things but give them to someone else who'll lose, sell or throw away because Buzz me dont have storage facilities or trucks in Sydney.

This isn’t something I would normally put out there for the world to see however I believe its warranted, so this company doesn’t do to anyone else what It’s done to me. If there was a minus rating I could give I would. Not only did they give my things to another removal company called City removalist, without notifying me, City removals sold the truck that held my items. Neither company is taking responsibility, nor can they tell me if my things were sold with the truck, removed from the truck and sold or just thrown away. Mind you my things were picked up on the 15th July, and the truck

This company has kept my personal belongings and essential items for 2 months without sufficient communication and are refusing to work with me to get my items from Sydney to Melbourne. This is the most harrowing and stressful situation. I have paid $1900 to have my things picked up on the 15/7/21 in Sydney and I am still sitting in an empty apartment in Melbourne 2 months later. The removalists should be working with me but they are not even allowing a different removalist to pick up my items from their holding facility. They are keeping everything I own hostage, refusing to refund me and still

I used Buzz Me Removals interstate from Canberra to Melbourne. This was organised just prior to the 5 day snap lockdown in Melbourne, which then changed in my move in date to new apartment. Buzz Me Removals were extremely helpful and responsive to my situation, allowing me to change my delivery date to match my move in date, stored my belongings in the storage in the meantime and arrived to my new place on my new move in date seamlessly. They were extremely professional and helpful!! Jean-Claude who I spoke to and organised this, was very prompt and very lovely and thoughtful. Very considerate
