Do not deal with this business. Never pucks up phone calls, messages. Booked in for the move and rang a day ahead to confirm all in order. No response to many phone calls and finally responded with the text that job is outsourced to other removalists but didn't want to provide their contact details. Finally, on the the day other removalists rock up and do the job but charged $300 more without considering deposit i already paid and ask me to retrieve that deposit with the mister mover.

Arranged to move with these clowns, only to have them cancel late in the afternoon the day before, when it was impossible to book with anyone else, very unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs. Very poor communication and unprofessional.
You had confirmed booking for 11am but then asked if I could change to 8am, lifts were changed to meet your request, Wish I had of read reviews before book with this shonky. I had asked over multiple days for you to confirm the booking, Nothing but lies from this guy. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I have used this company several times and received great service every time but the last. The removalists were unprofessional to deal with, and watch out for their hidden 'stairs' fees. Their contract terms clearly state that for more than a few trips, they would charge $2 per trip per removalist which is reasonable. However, as soon as they arrived they tried to charge me an additional $200. Clearly they didn't need 100 trips up the stairs for a 2 bedroom property, with only the living area upstairs! They threatened to leave if I didn't agree, so I had little choice. Once they packed up the truck

Horrible experience. Mister Mover took our booking, sent us an email confirmation and verbally confirmed the booking a few days prior- but never showed up. We even received a text message saying the "guys were on their way" but they never arrived. From that point text messages, calls and emails were ignored and not responded to. Would highly recommend not using this service- this caused a great deal of stress on our moving day. Cannot be relied on. Suggest using another company.

I would give them a zero if I could. Made a booking for them to arrive at a specific time. Did not turn up at all and could not even get a hold of them. They have 4 different phone numbers and they all go to voicemail. Tried texting repeatedly and no response at all. Should have read their other reviews before booking as I am not the first disgruntled customer. I waited over an hour before booking another delivery service provider at the last minute.

Worst out of the 5 moves I have ever done.
On 23rd June we made booking for 15th July to start between 8 to 9 AM. On 13th July, we were sent confirmation of our booking time being changed to 11 -12 noon. Now on the day of the move which is 15th July, no trucks turned up at the scheduled time. So I started calling from 11:30 AM ; left multiple voice and text messages. Received 1st text message at 1:30 saying they are coming. They don't pick up their phone at all as i tried all three numbers and i could not get hold of them throughout the day .
