We moved from a two bedroom apartment at the top of a high-rise tower to another two bedroom apartment 15 k’s away. In both cases the access for the removalists was extremely challenging. The two removalists who were looking after us remained cheerful as they negotiated one challenge after another. They had already worked for most of the day and then found they needed at least five hours of strenuous work to get our job done. The two men work hard and efficiently. This company is Fantastic!! I had brilliant service from the moment I first spoke with them on the phone. John, the owner, couldn't have been more patient and accommodating and the guys who handled my move were incredible. They had to dissemble and then reassemble an enormous cabinet and they were so careful and gentle and sweet while they worked that I will be requesting them the next time we move. Awesome job guys - Thanks so very much!

I am sharing my review here as after follwing up multiple times, I haven't recieved any response yet.
Honestly, it was the worst moving experience that I have had in my life, and I never remember this much stress in my life. below are my observations and issues:
1- I have asked for 3 people but I'd been told only two people available and they are pretty confident they can do it less than the scheduled time. So, because I saw their confidence I did not insist on it.
2- First thing that I have noticed was the removalists were very slow, so slow even the building manager asked me to ask them to

Excellent service and helpful friendly staff. The team were very concerned about looking after our goods to ensure nothing gets damaged during the move and they communicated with us throughout. They helped us at the very last minute due to us being let down by another company and they were both timely and efficient. They also kept the mood light and happy all day which made what is usually a stressful day much more relaxed. Thank you so much to the team at Easymove services!
