I booked Brilliance for our move from Melbourne to rural Victoria. Guil was fantastic to deal with and sent all information in a very timely manner. He also checked in with us before the move. I had read reviews about Pedro and Mateus- so was thrilled when they turned up. They are polite, professional, well mannered and happy! They certainly made the day less stressful. The boys worked so hard- they are a well oiled machine and got all of our belongings into the truck! They carefully wrapped all of our belongings and nothing was damaged. No stars. These guys contacted me in response to an online query on Tuesday 28th December and confirmed they were able to move me on 21 January. They gave me their pricing which I was happy with. I requested they lock that date in but come and do an inspection as I wanted to also get a quote for some storage. They advised the earliest they could do that was Wednesday last week when they re-opened. Ash came and went through, said I would get an email next day, didn't get anything. Chased them up by phone Saturday, said they would get back to me. Nothing. Chased them up today and they have just said

Emerson and Rod were amazing. The whole company is so great starting with Eddie and Lara on the phone. Very responsive. They collected our car and belongings exactly when they said they could! Emerson and Rod had a very early pick up and they arrived early! Very nice guys and very careful with our belongings. They wrapped everything up and nothing was an issue for them. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks so much

I used Brilliance to move house and I could not speak higher of the work that was done. These men never stopped. They did not waste time or go too slow to run up costs. Very professional, careful and friendly.
Pedro, Emerson and Rod took great care of our furniture and piano, blanketing and taping everything to protect it. A tight stairway at the delivery address meant it wasn’t possible to get our antique wardrobe up the stairs, but they gave it an awesome effort and didn’t leave a mark anywhere.

Boy am i glad i found these guys to do my interstate removals! Brilliance is a 10 star company masquerading as a 5 star because that is all that Google will allow. The lads who attended to my movement on both ends, did not leave a mark anywhere - NOT one!! They arrived on time, were nothing but professional throughout our dealings, very respectful, clean and tidy as they worked inside and outside of the home and were just technical masters of their trade. Watching them pack the container was like a Tetris game on steroids! Rubens and the crew were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Above all else

Rodolfo and Guilherme were wonderful. Very respectful of our furniture taking care to wrap things carefully. They communicated everything always asking us where we’d like everything to go. This company was very professional and ensured they were able to meet our needs. We had a very large, heavy marble table that needed to be moved and they brought extra workers to assist with getting this out of the house. They also wrapped everything in covers to ensure no damage to our property. Highly recommended!
