They are very bad with honouring warranties. They wanted to sell me a new system rather than fix the one they installed. And they fail to meet their 'promises'. For your sake, consider another company.

Satisfactory customer service and ontime installation. Even during lockdown restrictions the team has done the outdoor installation works very efficiently in a very professional way without the neccesity of any personal involvement or monitoring. Certificate of Electrical Safety was issued immediately within days upon third party inspection. Very happy with their service provision and customer follow-up.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OF LIARS. We were talked into installing solar on our commercial premises by Imran Sayed who knew very well we would not be entitled to a government rebate as it's only for residential. After being messed around by Think Solar ended up making a complaint to Consumer Affairs because we never got the rebate. We had a good case as we had evidence pertaining to Think Solar knew this. Jimmy the owner promised to pay $1000 to us this NEVER happens.

There were a few hiccups initially in connecting the app to the system but eventually ended up resolving it. After sales service is pretty good and the price is very reasonable as well.
