I went with Sunrun Solar due to their reputation and quality of work reflected in the reviews. And I have no regret in that because I had a smooth experience. Tarak was the consultant I dealt with and he explained everything regarding the process. I am extremely happy with their installers who came on time and kept the site very clean. Their price might be slightly higher than their competitors but at the end of the day you pay for good service and quality can't be cheap.

I did a lot of research before coming across Sunrun solar , and I can't recommend them enough, the best company to deal with in every way.
I dealt with Ravi and he explained everything in such a clear way, from the different brands of panels and inverter and prices. I am so glad I made the decision to go with Sunrun.
The installation was no stress the technicians came and did their job so well without causing any damage to my roof. No rubbish was left behind . I am 100% satisfied customer and will recommend you to any future customer.

Sunrun was not the cheapest quote we received but the safety and trust we felt with the team and the products far outweighed the small price increase compared to their competitors.
The great thing about Sunrun Solar is they have their own in-house installers which was important to us to ensure a quality installation. This also means if any problems do come up in the future we won't have to worry about sub-contractors not returning to their job

Dealing with Sunrun was a pleasurable experience.
Ravi was very patient with my inquiries. I like to know all the variables, so I requested 7 different quotes for our new system. Different panels brands, string, Optimizers, inverters, and overall size.
Paid the deposit in late 2020, but because of Covid the Installation could not be done until mid Feb 2021. Ravi kept in contact to let me know expected dates.
The installers turned up promptly about 7am as expected and progressed swiftly to have it finished by approx 1am in the day. They were courteous and discussed the installation with me and

Great experience with Sunrun Solar. Installed solar panels back in March 2021, and enjoying reducing electricity bills since then, especially until winter came. The installation was smooth and transparent. Pricing was very affordable. The installation teams were pleasant, and they cleaned up after themselves after work completed. Amazing service! I would recommend SUNRUN Solar to anyone and everyone. I have dealt with Tarak and he has been very responsive and provided all the necessary support to navigate through the Solar Vic rebate process. He helped me to complete the process and went out of his way to make sure the installation is done on timely manner. I'm also really happy with the Tesla Powerwall 2 price provided by Sunrun, just got it installed last week!

I choose to go with sunrun solar out of many options that I had because of multiple reasons, to start with, they educated me on Solar system an products rather then focusing just in prices which other companies don't do. I was dealing with Tarak and he explained difference between different products like LG, REC,Longi and Canadian for panels & Fronius, Solaredge and Enphase for Inverters. I’m always someone that does my research before purchasing something and solar was no different. I interviewed 4 companies as I didn’t want any cowboys doing the job. Sunrun sent Julien who works in the office and understood the systems and any answers he didn’t have he went back and ask his colleagues and then emailed us back. There was no pressure to buy, they waited on us to get back to them. Other companies sent a salesman and most of the time I knew more about the systems then they did!
