The team were fantastic! From the beginning when we were just dreaming about our new home to getting the key, the team at WA Building Company made every step easy for us.
Considering all the extensive delays in the industry our beautiful home was built on-time, nothing was overpromised. Communication was fantastic and we were always kept up-to-date with the progress of it all.
The professional workmanship, the finishes, knowledge and care has made our home everything and more than we hoped it to be!

The all building process was just amazing, from the start when I was dealing with Alex from the sales team to the end when i got the key from Jessica.
Alex was very helpful and friendly with a lot of knowledge , after a few minutes of talking with him and telling him what I like from a house and where and what size land I got he said to me “I got the perfect house for you” and when he show me the plan was actually more then perfect in all aspects. moving forward to the next stage, Amy was just another amazing person that I was dealing with at the pre-start, very friendly and with all the necessary

We had a great experience with Wa Building Company. We loved working with Reece with the early stages. He always kept in contact checking up on how we were going with the paperwork and always giving us regular updates.
Even with the building delays at the moment the time frame from when construction started to when we were handed the keys was not not unreasonable at all. The slab went down in late march and we moved in in November.
We are very happy with the quality of our house and would recommend Wa Building Company.

We build a house with this company, the team was amazing.
when I had some questions, Anthony explained us clearly and kindly even weekend. he replied so quick.
we did prestart with Amy who suggested and gave us many ideas which were so helpful.
Nekaya sent us email fortnightly update current work and next step. when we did hand over, she was so smiley made us more happier.

We used WA Building Company to build our first Investment Property. Straight from the outset the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the initial design and concept phase went quickly and smoothly. In the blink of an eye contracts were signed and we were completing our prestart meeting and the ball was well and truly rolling. In the present climate we knew things were not going to be as quick as normal but WA Building kept us informed all the way and the promise of keys before xmas was met with our handover being completed yesterday. From my Consultant, Jono, helping me with my finance, finding me my block to then designing my home.
From there Sharon and Maggie were very helpful throughout my prestart with all my selections and gave great advice.
To then Carl being a great supervisor. He has been extremely thorough throughout my entire build.
I am extremely appreciative of everything this company has done for me and am so happy with my new home.

We are currently dealing with Raf from WA building Company. He is really professional and knowledgeable, he has guided us through everything with patience and kept us updated at every stage. He is not pushy like our previous experiences. Also, he did proper reasearch for us to give us option to explore within our budget and plans. Overall it has been a really good experience till now. Would highly recommend Raf.
