We are a family run business proudly owned and operated in Western Australian. We were founded from humble beginnings and have worked hard to establish ourselves as the Best Patio Company in Perth, furthermore our building services have grown from the manufacture and installation of steel patios to the installation of outdoor living rooms complete with down lights.
Before any building works can begin at your home, a building permit needs to be produced from your local council. The permit is to ensure that the patio or carport constructed meets your local residential R-codes. Works cannot begin for either yourself or us until we have been granted a building permit.
Custom Made to suit your Unique Requirements | Delivered directly to your door, within the Perth Metro Area. Our flat patio kits are a versatile way to add more usable space to your home. The flat roof design can be used as a verandah, patio or carport. When buying off our DIY packages you are aware that this does not come with planning/ building approval, this is an additonal service.
