Seamless process from Zach in sales, Brian at measure up stage thru to Brendan in construction. Mine was an awkward carport build with numerous points requiring careful set-out and attention to detail and the end product was awesome. Many compliments from the neighbours too, which is always good. Very professional outfit. Would use again.

Sunstate Design and Construct just finished building 7 x 6 Square meters patio on top of my balcony On Monday. Ken, Rick and Brendan spent a lot of time to investigate and build the best patio what I want. It’s amazing to work! They have done a fantastic job! This is my first ever review of a company and i am doing it because the people at Sunstate i worked with were so professional in their work making me feel at ease and confident in their abilities at all times. Sunstate Design & Construct recently replaced our patio cover and built a small deck. The experience from the beginning of the process to the end has been fantastic.
