Services
At Morespace Patios you will be dealing directly with the owners from start to finish. Which means that you will get what you are promised. There is nothing lost in translation between the 'salesmen' and the builder. There are no 'sweet' deals to get you sign the contract - just honest, reliable advice from the person who will be building your job.
Maurice we wish to thank you for your magnificent work in the construction of our patio. The quality of your work reflects the professional standard that you have provided - not only in your work but also in your open, honest and patient manner. Jodie and Eugene of Sandgate were frustrated that they couldn't use their upper and lower verandas on their beautiful Queenslander in bad weather. After exploring a number of options they decided to install louvers. By installing louvers on two sides of their top veranda they were able to reduce the weather to their upper level veranda.
This work has created another room which is a contemporary indoor-outdoor feel brilliant for the Queensland Summer and lifestyle. If we didn't understand something Maurice would explain again to us so we could trust we knew what we were getting. Extremely neat and tidy professional who we would ask back again.

Maurice has just built a wonderful double carport for us & it is amazing. His workmanship is top of the range .He is such a clean and tidy worker I have already spread the word to friends and family on how good he is. I wish more tradespeople had his incredible work ethics. We both highly recommend him and look forward to getting our back patio extended in the near future. We recently had the privilege to have Morespace Patios build our patio roof. Julie provided prompt service and replied to our questions efficiently.
Maurice is a master tradesman. His attention to detail is amazing and the finish he provides is 10+.
It was refreshing to have a person who takes so much pride in their work construct our roof after our recent house build experiences.

Maurice was very professional from the very beginning right through to the completion. The end result more than met our expectations. His attention to detail was faultless. Not only did he ensure every detail was meticulously done, but he cleaned up the site every evening before leaving. He kept us unformed every step of the way. Maurice was very professional and completed a fantastic job on our drainage and deck infills. Maurice is very particular about his work and always ensures it is done right the first time. He always started and turned up when he said he would and Julie was great to communicate with for the paperwork and organising times. Maurice takes great pride in his work and rightly so, he works very hard and always so professional. I would highly recommend Maurice for any building work.

The Morespace guys do a fantastic job. From deep solid footings to removing the swarf and wiping down each roof panel as they went, a first class job.
The drainage plan was even modified on the fly to overcome my puny existing drains, no trouble at all.
Maurice does a fantastic job, a flexible attitude on my part toward start and finish date was… essential, as a plantation shutter installer, I know jobs over run, extra time due to rain, a change of job scope or even powder coating can have a ripple effect on your job, Morespace is worth it.
