So incredibly happy with the job done on our 85 year old home including new roof and gutters, solar panels, solar ark and skylight. Everyone did a fabulous job and were very respectful throughout the whole process. At first it can feel quite daunting getting so much work done but with MHI we were at ease and so thankful for the thoughtfulness of the whole team 😊

I have worked with MHI in a professional capacity before, so when it came time to install solar on my new home, they were the first name that sprang to mind. Even after doing my due diligence on other companies, I chose to go with Greg and the team, as I know the high quality of their work. They did a fantastic job of designing and installing the system on my difficult roof, and I was seeing fantastic results in the first 2 days. Greg is always pleasant to talk to, gets the work done promptly and efficiently and is very responsive with queries. 10/10 would definitely use again.

After 5.5 months of one way chasing on the roof repair job this is the response I get today.
'It seems after inspection by our Trade, it has been determined that the recommended rectification works quoted by Grant will not fix your issues. We are waiting for a report so we can provide you with a new scope and possibly quote.
Unfortunately we are… swamped due to the excessive insurance work in Brisbane and a shortage of trades, we appreciate your frustration and understand if you wish to cancel.'
1. Gerry, the project manager never answers or gets back to you on phone calls to his office

PLEASE DO NOT associate with this company. The Directors of MHI use to be the owners of a company called Impulse Solar, who have now ceased to operate. (For obvious reasons). Perhaps too many faulty systems installed and customer complaints? I note that there are some great reviews about MHI. However these customers are not aware of MHI's history.… This is yet another company who have folded their tents (so to speak) and have gotten away with dodgy works. MHI / Impulse, (same same). When too many warranty claims are been made against these companies they simply fold and start another company

My 13 year old roof was failing, with cracked and broken tiles and broken seals. I was very worried that I couldn't get these problems repaired without spending a fortune. Then I met Elton and all my worries were eased. His full and complete review and recommendations had me decided on My Home Improvements instantly. The quote was reasonable and I signed immediately. I then met the rest of the team who kept me informed on all stages. The roof restoration was completed thoroughly and efficiently and I now have a brand new, perfect roof that has rested any worries I had about the wet season coming

Not only were they the most competitive on price, they were able to do the job quickly, the quality of the work was excellent and their communication right from quoting through to job completion was great. When they were on site, they couldn’t have been more professional or respectful.
I encourage anyone considering patio/deck extension work or roof replacement to talk to the My Home Improvement Team. The work they did for us was great, we’ll definitely be using them again.

O Greg, Mark, office staff and the roof tradies we like to thank you all for making our old roof look new again. Can't thank Chris and son enough for being professional and considerate as I run a family daycare business from home and they met the children's needs to especially at rest time. With the crazy Ekka westerly winds they had to wait until they eased which is understandable but were back into it on the Monday and finished the big job. Super glad at the end product and with the solar panels it looks fantastic. thanks from Sandy and Robert.
