So disappointed with the glass splashback that B&M Glass have installed, wrong colour silicone used and silicone smeared all over the glass. The splashback is 20mm too short at the top, and they are refusing to admit fault or replace the glass. Absolutely gutted.
March 2021 just as a follow up to this, I have today received abusive sms messages from B&M glass, due to the fact that I have left this review. If you are reading this review, be aware that if anything goes wrong with their job that they well refuse to assist you, and may, as in my case, become abusive. Look at the photos i have posted

Would have given less if i could. not impressed at all with this company, made up our glass we were quoted for without us giving the go ahead to do so or putting down any kind of deposit. seriously angry. would be good if you could wait for permission from the customer before you make things. beware it doesnt happen to you.

Initial contact by phone. Very helpful regarding my query and advised if I were to take measurements they would be only too happy to order, with availability within a couple of days. Results - ordered toughened glass on Monday around lunchtime, phone call mid-morning Wednesday, collected order around lunchtime on Wednesday. May have been small order but I can only say service from initial contact to end result was excellent.
