Thanks you so much Matthew for coming out today to fix my window after a bird flew into it. I would highly recommend Matthew I got a response from him in minutes and he gave me a quote and came out today to fix it. Matthew was a lovely guy and did a fantastic Job. I was lucky enough to get my window so quickly. if any one needs a window fixed this is who you should call. pricing was really reasonable as well.

Everything started out well, saw good reviews for this company so called them, went to message bank but got a returned call within 5 minutes.
Arranged a time for a quote and had them come out on the arranged day. They measured everything up, took my details / email and said that it may take 3 or 4 days for the quote, no problem.
One week later I tried calling but it went to message bank again so I left a message but got no reply that day. Rang again the following day but went to message bank again. I received a text message telling me I hadn’t been forgotten and they were waiting on pricing

He rang me in advance to let me know that he was running late, which was only 5 -10 minutes. He upgraded the glass to a better quality and at no extra charge. Great castomer service. Excellent experience getting old lead light windows replaced and translucent safety glass input next to our front door. Matthew was very professional, turned up on time, was able to fit in the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Out of 3 glaziers Matthew was the only one to come up with a solution to the missing timber beading around 40 year old windows. Our windows look fresh and new. Couldn't be happier. Costs were also very reasonable.
