The whole experience, from advising on product selection to installation to ongoing care, was fantastic.
The quality of workmanship and attention to detail, floor levelling, finishing around the corners, and matching boards ensuring a continuous visual flow, but a few examples.

The team at Karma flooring are so incredibly helpful and informative. They aren’t pushy and don’t upsell, in fact in my situation they recommended the cheaper option of laminate would be better for my situation instead of the vinyl and hybrid I was looking at which was 2-3 times MORE in price. They went over and above in my dealings with them and I am super happy with the entire transaction. I would highly recommend Karma flooring to everyone.

Karma flooring made the journey of replacing my carpet with floorboards a lot easier. From my very first contact with them over the phone and subsequent store visits and numerous follow up phone calls, they were always a pleasure to deal with. Rick is very generous with his time and knowledge, carefully explaining everything to me. My searches online and discussions with other flooring retailers had left my confused with contradictory information.

My whole experience with Karma flooring was very good. We had Fran helping us from the beginning to the end. She is very knowledgeable, giving us advice when we needed. Gave us some samples to take home. Not being pushy, giving us time to decide which I like.

We've been shopping around for flooring for some time, knowing we wanted to replace our property's carpet and vinyl with floorboards throughout. Recently purchased Engineered Timber flooring and couldn’t be happier with the product. It was nice to be greeted by your name whenever visiting the store (and there were multiple visits).
