A. As most coating systems require overnight dry times the usual job will be a minimum of two/ three days. This time frame may be extended depending on the size of the job. As an estimate, we are able to sand on average 50 square meters / day. A. Yes all coatings will produce some odour during drying.

We had Steve from Floorshow come in and fix our attempt at sanding and polishing the floors ourselves. We made a mess of it and what he produced was exceptional. We're so happy with how the floors look and feel. They've exceeded all our expectations and honestly are the best floors we've seen. I'm so glad we screwed it up just so we had Steve to come in and give us what we now have. Will be recommending him to everyone we know.

Steve from Floorshow just polished the boards with an Oak/Ash type stain application and I could not speak highly enough of him. He was reliable and did everything he promised to do. My main concern was that he would damage the skirting boards but I found him to be very careful and I was thrilled with the job overall. Thanks Steve.
