I have access to a panel of lenders and can match you with the lender who best suits your needs. Each bank has it's own set of lending criteria which may preclude you from borrowing with them. Your requirements are unique and recent bank policy changes may have narrowed your choice of lender. The best analogy I can offer is a kid's shape sorter; The borrower is the shape and the lenders are the holes.

We have had a wonderful experience with Kline homes. We've worked hand in hand with Karen with Artisan Reality who has been amazing and who has guided us through the process with ease.
Larry has been nothing but kind and generous to us. I think he is an extremly busy man so alot of my communication is through email or through Karen via phone, text, or email which I find to be beneficial because things are addressed and I have record.

Good luck. Attempted to build with this company. Made countless phone calls and stopped in to their headquarters a couple of different times, was assured Kline would contact me, went to an open house at parade of homes, same promise made, a year later I will tell you, they are overextended and I've heard from people the quality of work is lacking because of it...Good luck I guess you can try and find out for yourself, that is if they are willing to communicate.

We bought a spect home from Kline Custom Homes.
My opinion is Kline is a very busy builder & with that, things are not as good as they seem. A few of many Issues:
pipe joist not being sealed; when we went to use the 2nd upstairs shower over a year later for the 1st time it caused a basement ceiling leak. Customer service not good; we have to constantly call and stay on top of things. We’ve had this ongoing issue with floors squeaking (still do) in the summer time.
Other Issues:
plugged buried downspouts within 1 wk of moving in, issues regarding electricity, drywall having to get redone

BEWARE! Klein has forgotten about customer service. Once you buy one of their homes, you cease to exist.
The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. If they ever answer their phone, they are nothing but rude. All around the house they left nails, screws, sharp shards of vinal. Plus, whoever cut the stones for the decorative stone lower siding and the fireplace, simply threw the cut stones around the yard and neighboring property. When asked when they will do a cleanup they refused. The middle of the stairs going to basement, wobble. Again no action. The lights hanging in front of garage

Overall nice home. However service after the sale is horrible along with attention to detail Is bad. Basement window not properly sealed or trimmed. Rear door was not set properly so the dead bolt would not slide smooth. Called to have it fixed was told by Larry Kline my home does the same thing. So if you are buying a new home built by this company make sure to have several people inspect before buying! Because getting service after sale sucks.
