I ordered under tile heating kit and a MCD5 thermostat from the Coldbuster website for collection. Shortly afterwards I received a call from Joe at Coldbuster to tell me that the MCD5 was actually out of stock with 4 weeks lead time, which did not suit my build schedule. Joe offered to supply a MWD5 thermostat instead from stock at no additional cost. I was able to collect the kit and the thermostat the next day to keep my build on schedule. I’m very pleased with the finished product.

We installed underfloor heating in our main bedroom a few years ago. It’s brilliant our room is cosy over winter and keeps the dampness away. This month we installed the same system in our daughter’s bedrooms. The customer service has been outstanding and I would 100% recommend Coldbuster to anyone needing underfloor heating. It’s a truely value for money product.

Our tiler was ready and starting the job, and we didn’t have the heating down yet, creating a timing issue with our floor heating installation.
We did a google search for several local stores; however, none kept any stock on hand and would require ordering in; this would have taken a week or two for delivery, which would be too late for us.
When you are putting a high-end beautiful stone tile, you want to make sure everything is perfect, including floor heating. So just anything will not work

Would highly recommend Coldbuster for your underfloor heating. The whole team is very professional and helpful from the beginning to the end. They provided a fantastic service helping us working out the best product depending on the size and use of our rooms. I used Cold Buster 5 years ago and called up in relation to a technical issue and they were so helpful to try and tie it into my home automation. I recently used a different supplier for one of my properties and the controller was so clunky. I am very regretful that I forgot ColdBuster because the equipment is so much more user friendly and the staff are really knowledgeable.
