If there is no one home at the time of delivery, your floor heating kit will go to your local post office where you can show your ID to collect. Our new "Nylon floor sensor tube" is now included in every kit. When installed, this special nylon tube goes from your wall control panel to your heated floor.

Highly recommended! Steve goes above and beyond. He was fantastic guiding me through the process of buying and installing both under floor heating and a heated towel rack. But what really blew me away was the after sales service. I lost the mounting brackets for the towel rack (my fault) but Steve was able to source them for me and sent them through free of charge. Amazing!

I’ve used Steve on a number of my jobs now and I can confidently say that he is by far my most reliable trade. His work is neat and tidy and he explains everything perfectly. He draws a design on your floor plan which explains the way he will be installing the product. I’ll definitely continue to use Steve on all my jobs.

I didn`t know much about floor heating and how to install it or what size I needed :) but Steve helped me, explained everything, created a drawing of my bathroom and made sure I ordered the correct size. perfect product for my needs, thanks!
