Cold storage spaces have their own unique environmental climates and need to be separated from surrounding spaces to avoid condensation and ice formation. While proper insulation and a vapour barrier are essential to minimise heat escaping, they do not fully prevent it. Devex Systems offers heating cables for freezers and coolrooms specifically designed to generate the heat necessary for use in these specific environments.
The ability to regulate either the floor temperature, room temperature, or a combination of both. Devex Systems' Xmat MG-150 electric floor heating mat is only 3.5mm thick and uses a twin conducting heating cable for ease of installation, with very low EMF. It can be easily installed directly over concrete, fibre cement sheet or F-board insulation and into thin adhe- sive beds or floor levelling compounds.
Are you building or renovating? Heating concrete slabs, or in screed floor heating is a great way to heat a kitchen or large living areas (over 60 m)! The heat radiates from the floor giving you a comfortable warmth that won't blow dust around like forced air heaters. Allergy sufferers can breath a sigh of relief!

Really loving the heaters, especially in the freezing cold weather. Top service from Cheryle who helped us to work out the best product depending on the size of our rooms. I'd definitely recommend the bigger panel heater for larger (ish) rooms to get the maximum benefit. Thanks to Cheryle for all the back and forth calls helping out!!

A great company to deal with. I self installed heating in a small bathroom and large kitchen during renovations with their X-cable product . When I can afford to reno the next bathroom will have no hesitation to order again. Cheryle was extremely knowledgeable over the phone and my kit was sent same day. I had one hiccup with a part but that was quickly rectified without fuss and replacement part sent instantly.The installation was far less complicated than I first thought.

The team at Devex helped us out with our underfloor heating for the ensuite on short notice and nothing was a problem. The communication was excellent and the installer , Baxter, was on time, very professional and happy to answer all my questions. I'll definitely use Devex again for future renos.

I highly recommend this business. From the first phone contact, they were outstanding. They had records or our original underfloor installation 18 years ago and were able to quickly diagnose the problem. The booking process was smooth, they were on time, the work went to plan and the bathroom was left spotless. The cost was very reasonable and the billing and payment process was smooth. This is an incredibly professional business.
