Used them to get a 6 camera Hikvision system installed last week. They were very professional and responsive. initially quoted using plans and then came down had a look confirmed the quote and provided recommendations. Got few quotes for Dahua and Hikvision systems and Spyvision quote was reasonable and competitive. Got the job done within a week of confirming and the technician did a great job. Neelan and Kokila were very helpful too and gave us good recommendations, never tried to upsell and recommended what was required to get the job done.

We had been let down by our installer and Spy Vision offered to come out and solve the problem we had with the CCTV software.
We found them to be very knowledgeable, courteous and timely.

We have been using Spy Vision for several years. Neelan goes above & beyond. I honestly cannot understand the 2 x 1 star reviews & no explanation. Initially used for CCTV 4 years ago & since had more added & other security measures & in process still with other projects. Nothing is too much trouble for Neelan, his team are polite & friendly, they get in & get the job done, no mucking around.

I recently had a security camera system installed by Spy Vision and they were fantastic from the start to finish. I called in to their showroom and they were more than happy to show me the differences between the two systems I was looking at and also explain the features and benefits. I then made my decision based on the information they gave me that day. The installer was great too. We spoke about where to install the cameras and the NVR and I went off his recommendations. The installation was neat and very professional. He ran through the whole system with me and explained in detail how it works
