I recently had a break in a few weeks ago and have been on high alert ever since as I have two kids in the house and my husband works both day and night shifts. I just want to leave a very thankful review for the Serious Security team for being able to accommodate to specific requests during COVID and also being so patient with all my concerns over the phone. They were very understanding of my requirements and their technician was very professional with how he dealt with us in person making me feel very comfortable and safe about the whole installation process without my husband being available

These guys are the best that I've dealt with. I've been so frustrated with another security company taking their time with quoting and then giving me imported cameras (I know because I called up a local distributor and they won't support the warranty). These guys gave me a quote by the evening, they answered a million of my questions and their installer was just on point with everything. Don't waste time dealing with anyone else. Giving you guys the best review for giving me such a great service with no headaches.
