On both occasions I found Steve to be very helpful and responsive. He asked me a few relevant questions, explained his proposals clearly, and completed the installation promptly in the timeframe that he promised.
When I experienced a connectivity problem subsequent to the installation (nothing to do with Melbourne Security equipment ), Steve was proactive in helping me to rectify it despite no obligation on his part to do so.
