Awesome service/company from start to finish and couldn't have been easier 👌I rang on Tuesday and by Friday I had a 13.2kw system installed and connected. Ron (sales) and the installation crew were great, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Seriously one of the easiest things I've ever done and one of the best! From the beginning Ron was very clear, very helpful and understanding. Ron gave us the best value for money with our 9.9kw system. Helped me at 10pm at night even. He booked us in at the earliest he could which was less then a week. The installers came and got the job done extremely fast, clean and tidy. From beginning to end the service was excellent. Highly recommend Oliver at Sun Solar. From the moment we contacted him he was very knowledgeable and was not pushy. Installation was to be in a couple of weeks however we managed to get a cancellation and system was installed the very next week! Installation was seamless and panels are working well. We've noticed a significant drop in the Winter power bill :)
Oliver has even called a couple of times since installation to check everything is going well and we are happy.

Only time I heard from them was them wanting more money to install the system with no date as to when they would get around to actually installing it . the price went up 3 times (about a total of $600/700)from the initial quote. had to chase then up to get a installation date , finally got one made plans for someone to be therfor it as I had to… work that day only for it to be cancelled and then they turned up anyway with out any warning so I had to scramble take sure someone was home . got the final invoice for installation with only about 12 hours to pay (lucky I already had the money

Sun Solar have done a great job increasing my solar system by another 6 kw , I received my first negative power bull last week. A very minor mistake was made in rewriting the hot water system ( one wire not connected) but after a phone call it was rectified the next day. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a very good price and excellent and on time service.

I got solar installed from them 6 months back and required some minor paper work update for which they askedfor 300$. Just pathetic they talk big that we are not here for money but after installing they just try to extract as much as they can.
And after quoting they called me back that there would be additional charge after 10 days so get it done before that.
I managed to get that done free of cost but not from Sun Solar Australia.
