I found the who process easy. Compared to other companies, I found Adapt energy not pushy at all. Even with bad weather the installation went ahead on the scheduled day. The installation went well and the handover was good. I only give 5 when things are exceptional and you get more than you planned for. Thank you to a great team.

From my first contact with Adapt Energy it has been a good experience. I initially contacted them not really knowing a lot about solar energy but the salesman was very patient with me and explained different options. He also listened to me and my concerns. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with getting our solar system through Adapt Energy. Every step of the way we had our hand held by the Adapt Energy team and even now well after our system has been installed and is running as it should we are getting excellent after sales service with regard to negotiating with different energy providers.
We initially got quotes and dealt with 5 different companies and none of the others came even remotely close to the service and advice we received from Inny and the Adapt Energy team.

Adapt Energy was recommended by SolarQuotes. Sales side of the process was transparent and competitive (not cheap). Installation was effortless. After sales customer service (Katie) was fabulous helping us out.
