About Us | Gold Coast Energy are locally owned and locally run. Our Director Partner grew up and trained on the Gold Coast, and now takes great pride in servicing and giving back to the local area. Since 2008, our local knowledge and local staff have guided many happy customers through the process of choosing solar energy, from sales to installation and support for solar systems.
The Queensland Government is offering interest-free loans to homeowners who are eligible for the incentive. If you are currently receiving Family Tax Benefit Part B, and complete other eligibility criteria, you can apply for this loan. The loan is valued up to $4,500 and the repayment term is 7 years.

Very pleased with the service of Greg and his team, and the performance of our 4kW system. The install went smoothly and we've had no hickups. The system itself is producing almost 30kW on a sunny day and even on a cloudy day generates enough to cover our day time energy use. Now we're considering a battery to get us through the night.

Gold Coast Energy installed a 15kW system for us and our power bills went from over $1k per quarter to now under $100. The workmanship was high quality and the roof for install was very difficult due to high pitches. Would recommend GCE to anybody looking for great customer care and high quality costs effective solar outcome.

Awesome customer service from Greg and his team at Gold Coast Energy. We had an issue with a faulty inverter which died after three years use so we contacted Gold Coast Solar to see what we could do. They handled the entire replacement process quickly and efficiently with excellent communication and as it was all under warranty there was no charge. Thanks Gold Coast Energy A+++++ service

Outstanding service. Our inverter failed, and even though they hadn't originally installed it, without a receipt (just an email from Energex confirming installation date), they managed to replace & install under warranty. They are extremely prompt in replying to questions, & both office & installation staff were excellent to deal with. Thank you!

I have been a customer of GC Energy since 2014. Recently I noticed that there was a problem with the solar panel inverter. GC Energy very promptly sent a serviceman to inspect. The inverter had been storm damaged and needed to be replaced. GC Energy assisted me with the insurance claim, and on receiving the insurance cheque, sent a serviceman out to replace the inverter within 24 hours. A big thank you to their staff for helping me, and I would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone.

Gold Coast Energy was an absolute pleasure to deal with when getting my Solar System installed. Right from when the sales came out to assess my property they were extremely knowledgeable, gave me a set of options to consider and did not use any high pressure sales tactics like some of the other companies I had out to quote.
What I really liked was that Gold Coast Energy is an electrical solar company and the owners has been on the coast for over 30 years. This gave me peace of mind that they wouldn't be going anywhere once the Government solar rebates stopped.
The job was complete within 5 days
