With over 22 years' experience in the floor sanding industry, we are motivated to provide our customers with the highest level of quality service and advice in every aspect of timber floor sanding, polishing and staining.
Yes if they can't be raised and mirrors and pictures if not securely fixed can be rattled off the wall by the punching and sanding process. You can walk on your polished timber floors 24 hours after the last coat has been applied. You will need to let the floors harden for 48 hours before moving furniture back inside.

Floors Are Us got recommended to me by the asbestos contractor I had doing work for us. Floors Are Us did an amazing job on our floors, we had our house done in 2 stages, the part we got done 2 years ago looks just as good as the floors we recently had done. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Very professional and accomodating.

Right from the outset, Jason was professional and did a wonderful job bringing our floors throughout the whole house back to life. Two of the rooms were old verandahs that had been enclosed, so the floor boards that were hidden under the lino were in pretty bad nick. Jason was able to bring them up beautifully and they have become a key feature of the bedrooms. I have no hesitation in recommending Floors r Us to anyone who is looking for professional, on time, efficient service and workmanship. Thanks heaps Jason! :-)
