We recommend servicing your entrance type door every 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on usage. When part of your door breaks, this can cause major factory down time. It generally takes 2-3 weeks to repair with no access through that opening. If we deem it to be unsafe, we would secure it in the closed position.
All motors come with emergency hand chain in the event of a power failure, with a unique disengaging and engaging mechanism, this can be operated from the ground, no climbing ladders. Isolators or power points are required at head height, with easy access to switch off in the case of an emergency, other brands require a ladder to reach the isolator.
