Heartless Cruelty Toward the Elderly and Disabled. My 89 year old Dad paid $1000 deposit for a new garage door. Its been weeks now and he and my 88 year old mother are both very stressed. They keep telling my dad next week, next week...
My parents are both disabled and can't get the car into the garage and are forced to find a car park on the street. They have to walk some distance with their shopping back to the house and are vulnerable.
Dad has just rung me again as RGD have said they will be around next Tuesday. Ho Ho Ho. He paid them with a credit card so hopefully there will be some recourse

Pathetic Service. Ordered a replacement remote, was given a time between 9 and 10am. Nobody turned up. After chasing all day, they agreed to deliver the remote with coding instructions and a reduced invoice. When they eventually delivered the remote, they delivered it to the wrong address with no instructions and an invoice for the full price. Would give zero stars if I could. As at this moment, still unresolved. Sitting with a remote I can't code and no call back from the installer.

I recently had my overhead garage door opener replaced. Ben of Residential Garage Doors carried out the work I found him to be extremely helpful when selecting a replacement. I accepted his quote and within a week the new opener was installed and on time. Ben and his team did a great job they took the old one away and left the garage clean and tidy. So Jen mentioned to my partner that they will arrive Saturday 31/08/19 between 8am and 10am. Well it is 12:13pm and my partner and I have been trying to get ahold of Jen but no answer, no message, no phone call.

I had residential garage doors Perth out, I was very impressed with their super fast service and efficiency. Jen was amazing and knowledgeable about the problem on our garage door. Doesn't return calls tells you a time to attend doesn't show up doesn't answer calls claims to be a small business relying on reputation well your reputation is poor and your going to go out of business if you don't change. I would not mind if they communicated that something has gone wrong e.g. company hasn't delivered product but wheb you tell me door is going to be delivered on a Friday and my install is following Thursday and come Thursday when I call to find put where you are you tell me it hasn't been delivered is ridiculous pull your head out
