In search of parts for my garage door, I was referred to aus garage door parts by a colleague. The service and honesty of the sales guy was awesome. I could have been supplied new parts to fix my 20 year old opener but at a fraction more they supplied and fitted a new one with 7 year warranty and serviced the door. I also got 3 new remotes. I would definitely refer more people to them.

Got a couple of replacement remotes. The range of the remotes is a fair bit shorter than original and they seem really expensive for a small 'made by the millions solid state device, but to be fair to this place, their pricing is in line with others...just seems a lot for what they are, but does the job.

Made contact regarding a broken sprocket/drive kit for my 20 yr old B&D garage door...Spoke to Dean who was polite, informative and organised an over the phone quote and time for repair work to commence. I was contemplating repairing my ancient old door opener but the guys at Aus Garage Door Parts made a new door opener the best option. They offer great products and the awesome customer service made the experience quick and easy. The kit I purchased was a quality item (Jaytech sectional opener) and I had it installed and working in a few hours on Sunday afternoon. Well done guys. Highly recommended.
