Because we want our customers and their friends to return, smiling, again & again, we will treat you like a real human being - not just the last sale $$$. We don't lie, falsely mark up "discounted" stock, over estimate on quotes or try to sell you products that you do not honestly need or want.
Our team consists of Stephan as Commander in Chief keeping us moving forward, Roslyn is always on hand to help make sure all is well on the home front. Stephan is now also the Sergeant Major in charge of our illustrious work force to ensure the ever moving installation dates are always on track. Behind the scenes we have Zenita keeping the ship afloat & the books in order.
We are a small family business and as such we can personally take you through the whole process without any confusion. We can help you to make informed choices based on real practicalities and individual needs, not profit margins. Your measure & quote is fully explained and your installation is done by real professionals.
Some "other services" should be considered as standard procedure but sadly are not at most flooring outlets. Take for example your "free" measure and quote. Nothing is really free. What do you get? - usually nothing more than a price (if your lucky) from the contract estimator as they were leaving after sprinting though your home waving a tape measure or from the salesperson who phoned to ask you how you would like to pay.
