Services
Raw Solid Timber Flooring is the unfinished timber floors which are finished onsite. It is not stained or sealed. Raw timber floors are extremely versatile. It allows you to create your own finish that suits your home. They are extremely stable and allows for a better uniform seal and finish by filling the gaps between each piece.
Pre-finished flooring is solid hardwood flooring that comes already sanded, sealed, and ready to nail into place. Durable: Pre-finished with 9 layers of German Treffert finish, making them durable. Adding to that durability is the fact that UV technology provides superior curing of the wood, allowing woods to dry to their hardest degree - far in advance of your installation.
The Lakewood oak hardwood range offers the highest quality and strength with a generous choice of 10 unique colours. Available as 1900mm x 190mm x 14mm boards with UV lacquer coat. Strong and robust locking system is ensured by an optimised profile and a glass fibre reinforced tongue on the short side of the board.
WildOak logs are selected from Tronais (a French National forest), grown in the Allier region in deep rich loamy soils. These excellent growing conditions produce very rapid growth with minimal lateral expansion resulting in an extremely tight grain. Harvesting French Oak from these regions is vital to ensure a high tannin content that is contained in the wood.
Australian Select Timbers unique hardwood range (Barrington) is harvested from the Barrington tops near Gloucester, New South Wales. Our beautiful Australian timber range will give you the choice of style and colour to complete any interior design possible. Ranging from the deep warm colours of Jarrah for a more traditional feel, through to a sophisticated contemporary feel of Spotted Gum.

I rarely write a Google review but I could not be happier with my choice of Oakland Timber Floors for my floors. I had to move in quite urgently and I had been to different places. It was such as a great pleasure to have Chris to help me out as he truly understood my situation. Chris was very informative and knowledgeable from the start and answered my questions very patiently. We couldn't be happier with our new floors! Oakland Timber Floors is a fantastic company to choose, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone.
We were in a situation where we needed our floors installed fast (realised just before moving into a new place that the carpets downstairs weren't salvageable even after a deep cleaning). I called Oakland Timber Floors and Chris came out the same day! He got the measurements and brought samples of the engineered wood floors for us to choose from.

Extremely dissatisfied, don't use this company just because of the price, it's loads of headaches working with this place. The floorboards were installed with uneven finish and we ended up having squeaky and bouncing floorboards. After the boards were installed, we can’t stop smelling some strong new smell in the house which persist in every room that has the boards installed for more than a year. From the first phone call I made for enquiry till the very end we had a very pleasant experience. Our house is about 80 years old and the entire floor was uneven. There were a couple of lumps and bumps in some area. Their consultant came to our place for inspection and explained us with all issues of the floor situation that we had, and also advised us a fabulous solution to prepare the subfloor before laying down the new flooring. I recently hired this company to do a small job in my apartment which involved pulling up my existing damaged floor and installing a new floor. Last week we asked this company to resand the floor in my newly-bought granny flat.The guys who worked in my home were pleasant and punctual, they completed the job on time, and they left my rooms as clean as they were when they started. They eliminated all staining, and even several deep scratches were subsequently completely unnoticeable. The floor truly looked amazing when they finished.We're very satisfied with the result.
