We have used Nortan’s for over nearly 20 years.. Over that time we have had 2 Heating Units, 2 Split Systems and an Airconditioning Unit installed. They have also serviced and repaired when needed. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend Nortan’s and will continue to use them when needed.

Full replacement of the gas furnace and AC unit, as well as new high quality ducting, with zoned electronic dampers plus remote access via internet. It was a pleasure dealing with the Nortan team. The quote was clear (no hidden extras) and they accommodated our last minute changes without any fuss. Tom / Martin / Dom / Nick / Tiger all worked together seamlessly.

On behalf of my family, I would like to thank ALL of the STAFF at Nortan Air Conditioning and Heating for there help. From Quotation; removal of the old unit, and the installation of the new unit, it was done with the minimum of fuss.
You might find another company who say that they could supply a similar unit; or have better prices. But if you want a company who will stand with you, go with Noran.

The Nortan crew carried out a safety inspection on our gas ducted central heating system. They were extremely thorough and efficient and friendly. It is an old system and, at our request, they gave us an estimate of its possible life expectancy. We had been given a quote up front and it was adhered to. The two chaps were professional and impressed us as blokes who took pride in their work.

I do not recommend Nortan Air Conditioning & Heating.
My ducted heating stopped working this year and I called Terry from Nortan Air to fix this issue. I was told by Terry that the issue was because of faulty PCB. Because this unit was no longer available, he recommend to replace the entire unit which cost more than $4000.
I am lucky that I have a year 11 boy who knows something about electricity. My boy did some diagnostics by reading the circuit diagram. The issue was caused by one faulty thermal switch. It only cost $7 to replace!

We first started dealing with NORTAN 5+ years ago when our then service provider was unable to respond to an issue we had. Since then the team from NORTAN have reconfigured our system to maximize its efficiency.
It hasn't all been smooth sailing but they have never walked away from a problem. Responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge of what they do sets them apart.

I do not recommend Nortan Air Conditioning & Heating. We have spent so much money on Nortan repairs for our air conditioning unit over the last 10 years and it still isn’t working. I feel as if they have been 'stringing us along' with annual repairs, where the unit invariably breaks down again. Last year Terry assured us that it was worth fixing… rather than buying a new one. So we spent $2695 to fix it as per his recommendation and it still didn't work, he then provided us with a further quote for $1796 to fix a 'possible' leak… Although under warranty, Terry didn't offer

We contacted Norton to discuss the performance of our evaporative cooler, as our movie room was too hot.
It was decided that we really needed a air con unit installed that room and move the evaporative duct into another area.
This was done with out fuss and on time with competitive pricing.
They were very clean and through all the trades people were great to deal with.
We also had our jet master and central heaters serviced in the same week and again totally delighted with the work and price.
Will use Norton again and can not recommend them highly enough.

We had just settled into our new property in Kyneton and needed hydronic heating pretty quickly so I called these guys as the reviews seemed ok. What a bunch of cowboys the installers were, absolutely pathetic workmanship. We found that two radiators were off centre because they couldn't be bothered to drill through the joist. The youngest guy cracked a tile drilling through my bathroom floor, the older guy drilled through my skirting board and didnt fix it. Where they mismeasured hole sawing through the floor to connect the pipe work to the radiator, instead of rectifying the mistake they just
