Gary is professional and efficient, the process has been absolutely smooth. Gary came over for an on-site inspection the day after I sent the online enquiry and arranged installation on the next day. The installation team arrived on time and the workmanship is neat with attention to details. The AC (Mitsubishi AP series) Gary recommended is super quiet and perfect for baby's bedroom. Very happy with the product and service, will definitely use the service again in the future.

Rapid Cold did a fantastic job installing split systems in my home. They were punctual, professional and completed good quality work. I appreciated the extra things they did, which are often neglected, like vacuuming after themselves, wiping down fingerprint marks left on the walls and even removing their shoes so not to scratch flooring. I would highly recommend Rapid Cold Airconditioning.

Michael Jones from Rapid Cold has clear understanding the project we requested; which MANY other AC companies didn't or simply choice to ignore: We ask to remove under floor old ducted Gas with add-on cooling head AC system to make room & install new ducted Reverse Cycle AC.
Rapid Cold took time to remove the old indoor gas unit with cooling head under the house flood; replaced the old duct and install the whole systems as planed.
Michael and Rapid Cold team have good communication skill; they are very professional with their work and pay attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Rapif cold air conditioning have just installed our ducted air conditioning unit, I am very impressed by the service levels right from the intial meeting with the Sales representative to the Technicians explaining the do and don'ts of the product.
