Been having trouble for a while with the domestic hot water component of my system (heating works fine thankfully). Plumbers couldn't work out what was happening so we called Travis. He arrived today, before time and found the problem in a few minutes. Quickly replaced the part and bingo I have hot water again. Great service.

Thanks so much to Travis! Great service! I contacted Travis on a cold rainy morning after several rejects from the other Hydronic heating company as they were fully booked and couldn’t come to have a look. Travis promptly responded on the phone then guided through the issue over the phone for a speedy and welcome resolution of a boiler issue. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!

5 STAR SERVICE Travis’s customer service is excellent, he is a very professional and knowledgeable tradesman, he patiently answered all my questions. He took the time to explain my complex hot water and heating system and carried out the required repairs so that our system now operates much more efficiently. I was impressed with his range of diagnostic tools and emission detecting equipment.

AHS came to repair our hydronic heating system at short notice.
Very impressed at the obvious level of skill, knowledge and professionalism demonstrated. They were able to repair our system after running some diagnostic checks and get the hydronic heating back up and running once again.

This industry seems to attract its share of charlatans and shonky tradesmen who quote low, do a bad job and then disappear. After a bitter experience with another well known Melbourne installer (see my other reviews) I was a bit nervous about dealing with Aqueduct. I needn't have worried. Travis (and sometimes Luke) have been totally professional, reasonably priced and pleasant to deal with (they are both nice guys). They simply know their stuff and charge appropriately for their skill and knowledge. That's how all businesses should operate so I would definitely recommend.
