I called up to find out if I could book someone to check my faulty unit, I explained how old the unit was and rather than taking advantage (like many other companies were doing) of the situation by saying I had to purchase a brand new air-conditioning system, which would end up costing me $$$, the gentleman on the phone recommend another aircon company which specialise in older units and would end up costing me a lot less as it may only need 1 part which would require repair.
Such a genuine, friendly and honest man. Wow! So hard to find tradies like this now a days.

Majestic Air Conditioning is easy, honest and professional to deal with.
Sales process was clear and workman ship was well done. I was not able to find anything that went wrong. They also cleaned up all the mess and existing system well after the work. I've got several quotes from multiple companies and their price was at market price for my scenario which is great.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Troy and his team have helped my family with several air conditioning issues over the years and again recently (all caused by another companies installation or previous dodgy work) and each time they have been able to significantly improve the operation of our air conditioning system, while charging a fair and reasonable rate at the same time. All the employees are polite and knowledgeable and are happy to answer questions to assist with understanding things more clearly around the system installed. We were very very happy with Majestic Air Conditioning. Alessio was very helpful & accomodating & had great knowledge of the product. The installation team got the installation done efficiently & professionally.
We’ve had the system for a week now & very happy with how it is working. Provided you follow the advice on how best to operate the system, we do get great results. With this heatwave at the moment we are very grateful to have such a great system installed.

Majestic Air are professional and highly experienced. Their service is top class. We are so happy with the system they installed in our house. The system is customized to meet the needs of the house. It's now Winter and it's heating the whole house to perfection. I am confident it will cool the whole house on those hot Summer days.

Allesio and his team were amazing. We've received many quotes from different companies and decided to go with Allesio because his prices were very competitive and he was also very friendly and genuine. We asked for prices and opinions for split systems and ducted and decided to go with the ducted system. Their communication has been very helpful and responsive. He was also accommodating with getting our A/C installed before Christmas even though he was quite busy. The Majestic Air team who came to do the installation were all very polite, friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend them over and

I have my air conditioning done by Majestic and are very happy with their service. Actually this is my first time to post my review for the services I have ever received. Early this year I tied about four installers for my ducted air conditioner. Alessio from Majestic Air Conditioning came to check my house and gave me very professional and honest advice. One of the best AC companies I have dealt with for installation. The sales person (Alessio) was easy to deal with (not at all pushy or rude) and he understood our requirements and suggested the best product :)
The boys came on time, worked as a team and finished the job within couple of hours (installing 2 units) and cleared all the mess and even helped me with moving the furniture. I would highly recommend Majestic for AC installation.
